How long does it take for shipping?  Hot100Fashions has connections that are typically overseas.  Since that is our set up, orders typically take 10-30 business days to arrive and in rare cases it could take a bit longer due to mail delays or customs delays. All orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering or faster. We strive for excellence and customer service is a big part of that.  We will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as we are able.  As soon as we get the order out, you will be provided a tracking number to keep track of your order.  

I ordered S,M, L or XL but my item says it's a size larger, why?

After speaking with our suppliers and using comparisons to Western products with their products, we sell our sizes based upon their US size scheme, however some items will still bear size labels from their originating country.

How do I track the orders?  You will be provided links when your order has been shipped to track your orders but please be aware it can take 5-10 days to reflect in the tracking system.

 I ordered the wrong size, color or item, can i change the size?   Yes!  We have taken great care to offer you the size charts and sizes on all items.  So please be sure to review those carefully.  However, if you still ordered the wrong size, item or color let us know before we ship the item out and we can change it. Once the item has been shipped we cannot do anything for you in regards to changing the order.

If my item is damaged or lost can i get a refund?  Yes, we offer replacement or refund of your money if an item is damaged or lost.  The item must meet the requirements but just make sure you contact us right away and we will help you!

Where do you ship?  We ship worldwide and it's FREE with no minimum purchase amount required!
